This Privacy Policy explains how Nicholas Rudnick (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Novamate (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this policy.
Game data such as your board unlocks, win/loss record, and sound preference is saved locally on your device (browser/local storage inside the app). It is not transmitted to us and is removed if you delete the App.

On iOS, the App will ask for your permission before allowing tracking used for personalized advertising (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt). If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and you can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not collect personal information directly, most such requests relating to advertising should be directed to Google. You may also contact us using the details below and we will help where we can.
We do not operate servers that store your personal information for this App. On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Advertising data handled by Google is retained according to Google’s policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
